Finland was chosen as special guest country in the gastronomy festival I Paris 21.-23.9. In the festival Finnish companies will offer to French audience ecological and nature products. Ingredients will come directly from the forests, lakes and fields of Finland. During the weekend Finns will prepare e.g. fish soup, risotto made of Finnish grain, berries from the forests and rye chips. Participation of Finland is arranged in cooperation by ProAgria and Action Finland!
